Sprachcaffe Rabat Booking conditions 

 

 

1 Enrolment In order to enroll in a language course, you will have to fill in the online application form or fill in and scan the application form from the catalogue and send it to info@sprachcaffe-rabat.com . A deposit of 40% of the total amount is due at the time of your registration. In submitting your application you commit yourself to the services requested and the booking conditions. After having received your application and deposit we will send you the confirmation of enrolment as well as the invoice. You will have up to 7 days to pay your deposit. If we do not receive a response within 15 days we will be forced to cancel your language course, and will raise the corresponding invoice (cancellation fees).  

2 Change of booking Any change required up to 28 days before departure will incur a fee of 50 Euros. Afterwards, we will do our best, but cannot guarantee the fulfillment of your request and extra costs may be incurred. The total cost of your course could therefore change.

 

Rebooking and cancellation If a booking is altered up to 28 days before departure we will be obliged to charge the following fees (for both Adults and Young people courses):

 

°        Up to 28 days prior : 10% max (max 250 Euros)

 

°       15-27 days prior : 25% max (max 300 Euros)   

°        2-14 days prior : 50 % max (max 600 Euros)

 

°        1 day prior : 90 % max (max 1000 Euros)

No refund in case of cancellation on the day of your course start or following the commencement of your course.

4 Visa In order to provide the letter of acceptance required by embassies for issuing a visa, 40% of the total amount should be paid together with an additional charge of a non-refundable 80 Euros. In case of a visa refusal, a full refund minus the additional, non refundable fees can only be made if the student provides the letter of refusal issued by the embassy at least 14 days before departure. After this date, we will consider the participation of the student as confirmed and normal cancellation/rebooking charges will be applied.

5 Acceptable forms of payment The relevant account number of Sprachcaffe Morocco will be on the invoice of your language course. A copy of the transfer order should be sent once payment is completed by the client. All bank charges will be incurred by the client.

6 Insurance Neither agent, operator, nor the school will be held responsible in any way for any accident, illness, loss of personal effects or change in personal circumstances occurring at any time prior to or during the course. 

7 Liability Parents of minors agree that neither Sprachcaffe Languages Plus nor the homestay shall be liable for damage or problems caused either negligently or intentionally by their children while participating in trips. Parents and their children who are still minors recognize and accept the laws and the normal code of conduct of the country they are visiting.  

8 Rights to image and film material By agreeing to our general terms and conditions you are accepting that Sprachcaffe Languages Plus has the right to use any photos, video and sound recordings which may be produced during your language course. These materials may be used by Sprachcaffe Language Plus and its affiliates for promotional purposes without any cost implication or the need for a separate authorization from you
